9/12/07 - Continuing Members Meeting

For those of you who weren't able to attend the meeting today, here are some of the things we discussed:

• Roberts Rules of Order - the method which we plan to use to run our meetings this year.
• Committees - We'll make a seperate post with all the committee heads for you to refer back to when everybody is selected (or if everybody is already selected, one of the secretaries can make that post).
• Trick Or Treat Street Theme - We decided on Disney movie music (+ HSM/HSM2) with a nearly unanimous vote.
• Entertainment Books - Entertainment books will be given out soon, and this year there is also a video competition offered by the entertainment book company. Check out the flyers for more details.
• New Members - Recruitment next week. New members + old members meeting next Wednesday (see calendar)
